How do I pay for my order?
You can purchase your order using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, Apple Pay or Paypal, all options are displayed during checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
How much is shipping?
Shipping on all orders above €200,- is free.
Shipping fee on all orders under €200 will be:
- Within the Netherlands: €4,15
- Within Europe: €8,-
- Outside of Europe: €15,-
Orders consisting of only stickers are sent out with the regular mail. Shipping fee will be:
- Internationally: €3,-
- The Netherlands: €1.92
Are orders shipped with tracking information?
Yes*. After your order has been sent out, you will receive a notification e-mail with a tracking code. These e-mails sometimes end up in your spam folder, so please take a look there if you haven't received anything! If it's not in spam either, please get in contact.
All orders are shipped with PostNL. With international shipping, it's best to track the parcel on the website of their network partner that will do the delivery, once it has arrived in country of destination. Tracking updates are more accurate there.
This network partner is usually the national mail company of your country. For example:
United Kingdom: Royal Mail
Australia: Australian Post
Canada: Canada Post
Unfortunately PostNL does not provide a list of network partners.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will packaged and sent out within 4 business days.
The shipping time seems to be a bit unpredictable, mostly since the pandemic, but the estimates are:
- within the Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- within Europe: 2-5 business days
- outside of Europe : 6 business days to 2 weeks
Again, these are estimates; it may take longer. If you have any questions regarding an order having to arrive before a certain date (birthday, holiday, etc), please get in contact!
What about taxes?
When you’re ordering outside of the European Union, please be aware that you may receive additional export charges. Sofie does not cover any of these additional charges, you are responsible for overseas customs clearance and taxes.
